From there we follow the coast past sailboats and summer cabins to Huk beach, looping inland through old oak forest and the working farm of the Royal Manor (Kongsgården), where the King still grazes cattle. We finish back at the museum cluster if you want to spend the rest of your day exploring them, or take the boat back to Oslo city centre.
Highlights: Five museums at Bygdøynes · Huk beach · Paradisbukta cove · Royal Manor Farm · Oak forest trails · Fjord views · Sailboat harbor

Oslo-based product director by day, running tour host by slightly earlier in the day. Also the founder of Iver; because I kept wanting to run with locals when travelling and figured other people probably did too.

Six stars if I could. Tor was knowledgeable, funny and a brilliant runner, and his take on Bygdøy's history was fascinating. A gorgeous, easy loop past Huk beach and the fjord that shows you an Oslo other tours miss.
