Cancellation policy

We want cancellations to be clear and fair for both runners and hosts.

• Free cancellation up to 24h before the run → full refund.
• Less than 24h before → non-refundable.
• No-shows → non-refundable.
• If a host cancels, runners receive a full refund.

How refunds and payouts are processed

Host payouts and runner refunds are processed manually by the Iver team.

To request a refund, forward your booking cancellation confirmation to payment@iver.run. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
