We want cancellations to be clear and fair for both runners and hosts.
- Free cancellation up to 24h before the run → full refund.
- Less than 24h before → non-refundable.
- No-shows → non-refundable.
- Late cancellations and no-shows → the host is still paid for the booking.
- If a host cancels, runners receive a full refund.
How refunds and payouts are processed
Host payouts and runner refunds are processed manually by the Iver team.
To request a refund, forward your booking cancellation confirmation to payment@iver.run. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
